HOTEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Deposit and Payment

All hotel prices indicated on the website are in euros.
The payment shall be settled directly by the client with the selected hotel upon check-in. The official invoice will be issued by the hotel. Invoicing and payment after the congress is not possible.

Cancellations, reduction of stay, no-show and early departure

1.ONLY FOR NH HOTEL ROMA CENTRO RESERVATIONS booked until April 11th: Changes, reduction of stay or cancellation of hotel reservations should be notified by email to EFCA2023@eppipeople.com.
They will be subject to the following conditions (if no other conditions are mentioned by the booked hotel):
● Cancellations or reduction of stay received on or before 11 April 2023 free of charge
● Cancellations or reduction of stay received after 11 April 2023: the full stay is charged

2.FOR ALL OTHER HOTELS and for NH HOTEL ROMA CENTRO reservations after 12 April 2023: Changes, reduction of stay or cancellation of hotel reservations should be notified by email directly with the selected Hotel contacts.
They will be subject to the conditions mentioned by the booked hotel.

ACCOMODATION OPTIONS

Please be informed that until April 11th 2023, conference participants can take advantage of the Best Rate at the NH HOTEL – ROMA CENTRO facility by clicking the button below; no special rates are provided for the other hotel options.

Please bear in mind that the registration fee does not cover hotel bookings.
